B-sides history |
It all begun when the band that George, Chris and Yannis were playing since late 1999, seized to exist sometime in 2003. The former three had already become good friends and were eager to continue their journey into music - together. After a while they found a drummer and George assumed the task of singing until a new singer would come. Things were continuing rather slowly till Christos joined them in 2006. Although a new member, he was a good friend and co-player of some side groups of the past. The chemistry between the -now- four members proved to work immediately and soon led to the creation of a number of new songs by the - till then - unnamed band. When Vassilis joined the group after summer of 2007, B-Sides took their final form. In January 2008 they recorded their first debut demo single, "Morning After" shortly after followed by "K-9" Then came "Queen" 7" single, followed by "Kill" 7" single, participations in contests, music compilations, live gigs and supports, (mostly) good reviews that led to "Story without end" album in CD and later in double LP collector's only edition with bonus DVD and posters. Around December 2010, Andreas joined in place of Vassilis stepping down. That was our history but can you predict the future by it? |
